This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect:

  • Through the Mobile Messaging Program, as defined in and in accordance with the Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions.

  • About any known child under the age of 13, including students of LISA Academy

  • By us through other means, including on any other website operated by any third party that does not link to this Privacy Policy;
  • By any third party, including any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Site.

Our Site and the Mobile Messaging Program (collectively, the “Services”) are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years old through the Services without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

such as your name, email address, postal address, and phone number and demographic information. We may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, for example, when you fill out contact or other web forms, subscribe to newsletters, make purchases, or otherwise interact with the Site. We may also collect information directly from you during an online or in-person registration, while making an appointment, or while setting up an account with us.

Sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use SMORE for our email marketing and text message communications. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses and processes your information in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-US .

We use a variety of advertising partners, which include but are not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads and regional advertising networks. We may authorize our advertising partner to use cookies and similar technologies on our website to automatically collect certain information from your device and we may share information about you, your purchases, and your interactions with our website with our advertising partner. Such information can be used by us or our advertising partner. Mobile Messages are sent in accordance with the applicable Terms & Conditions set forth below, and which are incorporated into this Privacy Policy.

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

LISA Academy Public Schools (“LISA,” "we," "our," or "us")  operates a mobile messaging program (the “LISA Updates”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (these  Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Mobile Messaging Terms by reference. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to be bound by these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy. By providing us with your information, you have opted into mobile messages, as that term is defined below.


1. Program Description: 

As used in these Mobile Messaging Terms, “Mobile Messages” refers to any electronic promotional, transactional, or informational message sent by LISA Academy Public Schools SMS message (“Mobile Messages”). We may send mobile messages in various formats through the Program to advertise and promote our products and services, include messages related to applications for enrollment or re-enrollment, or other LISA programs of interest.

Mobile Messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency varies. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider. Message & Data Rates May Apply.

2. User Opt-In: 

By providing your mobile phone number to us and checking the box at https://www.lisaacademy.org/quicklinks/contact, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. This includes opting into receiving important LISA Updates messages from LISA Academy Public Schools regarding enrollment, events, general information, and transactional confirmations about our schools, products and services. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. Your participation in the Program is completely voluntary, and you are not required to make any purchase from us in order to participate in the Program.


3. User Opt-Out and Support:

You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt-out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP to any mobile message from us using the number 58243. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation and no additional messages. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. If you want to join the Program again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again. 4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability:

The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile or internet service providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any Mobile Message or information sent through the Program.


5. Modifications: 

We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
