LISA Academy Celebrates Outstanding Teacher Excellence with Over $160,000 in Merit Awards

LISA Academy is proud to recognize the exceptional dedication and excellence of its educators by awarding $164,500 in Outstanding Teacher Merit Pay to 62 staff members across its network at the conclusion of the 2024–2025 school year.
This achievement reflects LISA Academy’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence and cultivating a culture where educators are valued, supported, and celebrated. The Outstanding Teacher Merit Pay program rewards teachers who consistently demonstrate high-impact instructional practices and student growth as defined by the Arkansas Department of Education merit incentive standards.
